  • Network at two luncheons, including Keynote speakers
  • Benefit from 12 hours of education that tackles the important issues and problems facing optical labs
  • OLA Lounge on the show floor to network with OLA meeting attendees
    • Located in the Lenses & Processing Technology Pavilion on the show floor in Booth LP2090, the lounge will be open from 8:00 am until the show floor closes all three days
    • Thursday, October 7 & Friday, October 8: The lounge will host afternoon cocktail receptions.
    • Friday, October 8 & Saturday, October 9: The lounge will host a morning coffee break from 8:00 am – 10:00 am sponsored by Zyloware

About Your Badge

When you register for the OLA All Access Pass, your exhibitor badge will say “OLA Exhibitor” which gives you entry into the Annual Meeting and OLA Lounge.

What's the Difference between the OLA Exhibitor All Access Pass and registering as an OLA Meeting Attendee?
The OLA All Access Pass was designed to easily allow exhibitors to register your individual staff to attend. If you only wish to send one of two of your staff members, you can customize your registration as you register for your Vision Expo exhibitor badges.

This is an added benefit of OLA's Annual Meeting at Vision Expo. You not only save time and money by having the meetings occur at the same time, we're offering exhibit staff discounted rates to be able to attend their meeting and events.

Anyone who does not exhibit at International Vision Expo can register to attend the OLA Annual Meeting through OLA's website at www.ola-labs.org/OLA2010.

Event takes place on Wednesday, October 6th from 6:30pm – 9:00pm. The Hall of Fame Dinner is sponsored in part by The Vision Council & Reed Exhibitions.
