New Exhibit Hall Hours
Conference attendees will also have an extended break from 11:45 am to 2:45 pm between sessions to visit the Exhibit Hall.
Thursday, October 7: 9:30 AM-6:00 PM
Friday, October 8: 10:00 AM-6:00 PM
Saturday, October 9: 10:00 AM-5:00 PM
Schedule Early Morning Appointments
The show floor doesn't officially open on Friday and Saturday until 10:00 am. However, Vision Expo will allow any exhibitor to set in-booth appointments between 8 am - 10 am during these days. You will need to make an appointment with an exhibitor. The exhibitor can meet you at the front entrance and show their exhibitor badge to security so they may escort your appointment to their booth. If your meeting finishes prior to 10 am, you must be escorted back to the front entrance to exit the show floor for security purposes.

My Show Planner provides you with the tools to maximize your Vision Expo West show experience. Through the integration with Vision Mobile, your personal agenda can also be accessed right from the convenience of your mobile phone. By creating a My Show Planner account, you can:

- Create a personal show agenda
- Email exhibitors directly and load appointments in Outlook
- Use the My Events calendar to help plan the rest of your day

Vision Mobile
Vision Mobile is designed to benefit both our Attendees as well as our Exhibitors. Via their mobile device, Attendees will be able to plan their show, making appointments with Exhibitors they wish to see, explore Exhibitor show specials and quickly navigate the show floor via interactive maps on their device. For Exhibitors, Vision Mobile offers robust mobile showrooms and messaging opportunities to reach conference Attendees. Exhibitors will also benefit from the planned system integration with conference support vendors allowing them to track the status of orders and more effectively manage their conference experience. Vision Mobile will be available early September.
Travel Discounts
Enjoy huge savings on airfare, car rentals, hotels, and the Las Vegas Monorail during your time at the show. You'll also find information on the FREE shuttle services between event hotels and the convention center, as well as FREE shuttles services from the convention center to McCarran International Airport on Saturday, October 9th. Show Specials
Vision Expo has listed show specials online for years, but now we're going a few steps further. More exhibitors will participate, with an emphasis on what's new. At the show, you can pick up a Show Specials catalog at our new Show Specials Counters.
Plus, participating exhibitors will be noted in the show directory and have a decal outside of their booth. Show specials include product launches, events, parties, seminars, demonstrations, free gifts, contests & raffles, giveaways and celebrity appearances. See what we've collected so far!
Networking & Parties
Thousands of attendees and exhibitors roam from dinners to parties in Las Vegas during the after hours of Vision Expo West. So we've made finding these exclusive hot spots easier to find. New Product Showcase
Attendees can view entries and vote for the best new product featured in the New Product Gallery as part of the Vision Choice Awards. Votes can be cast by ballot throughout the show and all those who vote will be automatically entered to win a $500 exhibit hall shopping spree. Voting ends at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 8. The Vision Choice Award and the shopping spree winner will be announced at 4:00 p.m. the same day.
